A great opportunity for those who wanted to compete at the GADF this weekend but didn’t get a chance:
Drambuie Cocktail Compeition - 11/8 & 11/9
Here are the guidelines:
- The cocktail must be called the _____ Nail in keeping with Drambuie’s marketing around Nail or Fail. Drambuie must be a major component of the drink, a small float will not work.
- On the night you or your bartender compete, they will make samples of their cocktail for the crowd and be filmed making their cocktail. Fans will get to vote for their favorite cocktail.
- Local winners (i.e. Portland winner) will receive a plaque and promotion in Details magazine. The national winner will be spotlighted in Details magazine. Also, a localized PR release will be sent out from Men’s Journal, Details, Rolling Stone and GQ.
- There will be 4 winners each night. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and People’s Choice.
- Slots are going quickly, sign up asap for first choice of night.
To enter, send an email to [email protected] with the requested night you’d like to compete. There will be space for 10 bartenders competing each night. Also, send the cocktail recipe featuring Drambuie as soon as possible so that we can get our marketing team out promoting your creation as soon as possible.
