The response to our last Bartender’s Lunch @ Valut was overwhelming. The event filled up quick, so we’re doing it again.
On February 17th we welcome Solbieski 4 Oranges Premium Vodka for a Bartender’s Lunch.
The lunch will run from 12:00pm (sharp) till 2:30pm. at Valut Martini Bar - 226 Northwest 12th Avenue

4 Orange Distillation Process.
- Florida oranges are picked at harvest and then taken to an orange juice processing plant where the juice is extracted.
- The small amount of juice remaining in the orange is converted into citrus molasses that will be used as the raw material for distilling 4 Orange Premium Vodka.
- At the distillery, fresh Florida water and yeast are added to ferment the orange molasses under controlled temperature conditions, creating a fermented mash.
- The alcohol is then stripped from the mash into a “high wine,” which is continuously distilled resulting in a pure neutral orange spirit base.
- A touch of natural citrus flavor is then infused into 4 Orange Vodka at the final stage of the process.
- 4 Orange Premium Vodka is not a typical orange flavored vodka; rather it is an orange-based vodka that is uniquely distilled from Florida oranges. Orange flavored vodkas are most commonly distilled from grain neutral spirits. 4 Orange is the only vodka product in the world made from neutral 100% orange spirits. It is distilled from the actual fruit it tastes like!
