Here’s the schedule for the Guest Shifts During Portland Cocktail Week:
Rickhouse Meets Teardrop - Thursday, October 21st | 7pm-midnight @ Teardrop Lounge
This isn’t a cage death match, but a treat for the whole family (of legal-aged drinkers, of course). Erick Castro, who directed the super-fabulous cocktail program at Rickhouse in San Francisco until recently becoming a high-falutin’ spirits ambassador, has been one of the true luminaries in the field. His study of classic cocktails approaches Zen enlightenment, and he remains a master of ratio and balance in the drink. Which means Trevor Easter, International Man of Mixtery, had some pretty big shoes to fill when he took the helm at Rickhouse this past summer. But the shockingly brief ascension of his particular star is due to his phenomenal palate and immediate recognition of cocktail models straight out of the Matrix. Together, they will bring all the very best Rickhouse has to offer to our stage. This is a must-see!
Lillet Apertif Hour - Saturday, October 23rd | 4-6pm @ Teardrop Lounge
After tasting the many spirits available at the festival, you’ll want to unwind into the late afternoon. And what better way to treat your exhausted palate than with the supple, bright elegance of Lillet. They’ll be hosting the afternoon, so enjoy Lillet on the rocks with a light twist of orange, or in a delicate aperitif cocktail concocted for the occasion. Just a light breather before the night’s madness begins again.
Woodinville Whisky Punch - Saturday, October 23rd | 7-9pm @ The Driftwood Room Hotel De Luxe
Ali Tahsini from Bourbon and Branch will be doing a punch from Washington’s Woodinville whisky to warm you up and get you ready for the Ice, Ice Baby party.
Duggan Does Portland - Saturday, October 23rd | 6pm-9pm @ Teardrop Lounge
Duggan McDonnell-owner of Cantina in San Francisco and all-around darling of the national cocktail scene-will be joining us for a few, very special hours behind the bar. He’ll be shaking up an exceptional selection of his favorite drinks in his usual style: one part master chemist, one part irreverence, and all parts delicious!
Chi-Town in Portland - Sunday, October 24 | 2-4pm @ The Driftwood Room Hotel De Luxe
Chill out with Chicagoan Dan de Olivera as he makes cocktails for those all important breaks between seminars. Find out how they do it in Chi-twon.

Join Los Angels based bartender Allan Katz from Caña Rum Bar as he mixes it up LA style.
Washington State Bartenders Guild Night at TDL - Sunday, October 24th | 5pm-10pm
As if that weren’t enough, we’re taking advantage of the fact that so many of our dear friends are down from Seattle by making them work for the night. They’ll be rotating in shifts behind the bar, making dealer’s choice cocktails and teasing each other the entire night.
