I saw a bottle of this stuff in the liquor store today. Can anyone tell me what it is? It was pretty vague on the label.
No idea, but you gave me a great idea of what to do with all those Fee cordials I've got sitting about.
Fee Foam is their version of "Creamy Head", "Mr. Frothy" or whatever you want to call it which is essentially a chemically based replacement for using eggwhite in "sours" to add a bit of foam to the top of those sorts of drinks. Stay away from it, just use eggwhite, or pasturized eggwhite if you have to go that way. :->
