Alright, who's got a report from Ten01's chartreuse dinner?
I know at least two of us were there; don't make me name names.
Last night at Teardrop, I interrogated Alicia about the Chartreuse Dinner at Ten-01. Since Kelley seems to be in Europe, and no one else is forthcoming with details, I'll share this second-hand account. This is what I remember from that conversation, which was a little vague. If any of you were present, please offer corrections and observations. I'm certain that I'm confusing some of the courses, also missing a cocktail pairing.
Opener: a taste of either yellow or green Chartreuse
First Course: salad of arugula, fennel, radish
Cocktail: Alaska
Second Course: pork belly
Cocktail: Tipperary
Third Course: roasted squab
Cocktail:
Spacer: lime granita, Chartreuse-honey sauce
Dessert: Chartreuse ice cream, chocolate and mint sauce

As an addendum, the second course was pork belly served with lentils and house-made pancetta.
The third course was actually duck breast on duck confit. I believe it was paired with a Widow's Kiss.
The squab showed up in the fourth course, with lobster, and I don't recall the drink but it was an instance where the richness brought out the buttery notes of the chartreuse.
In addition to the lime granita, the spacer also included a Last Word sorbet.
There was also a tasting of the yellow Chartreuse VEP, and I believe the importer was on hand at the dinner as well.
