Rumor has it Rhum Clement is making the rounds (perhaps to fill the Martinique void of St. James)?

Just to chime in on an earlier comment, both Binny's and Sam's Wine & Spirits here in Chicago will ship to Oregon if you can't find something there for your personal stash.  And both of them have tons of stuff that isn't on their website, a simple call to their 800# will give access to almost anything you could want.  For example, Sam's has both the Rothman & Winter Creme de Violette and the Miclo Violette, but neither is on the website.  Websites are www.binnys.com and www.samswine.com

The only caveat I would add to Sonja's comment is that, yes, Binny's has a lot of stuff they don't put on their website and it's worth checking with them. However, you should count on adding at least a week to the delivery (and even more) if you include specials. Binny's will not ship anything that will be traveling on weekends, which means they only ship to Oregon on Mondays. If it's on the website, it's readily to hand and the shipment will almost certainly go out on the first Monday. If it isn't on the website, it may be in an entirely different location and it will take time to get it to the shipping section, which guarantees it will not ship before the next Monday at the earliest.

I had a package full of really good booze travel across the country and then arrive with a broken bottle in Portland. Back it went to Binny's, adding another week or two to shipping. This time, however, each bottle was individually wrapped in corrugated cardboard, plus bubble wrap, plus all their customary shipping material. FedX could have dropped that one from Big Pink and it would have just bounced.

Add about $5 to the cost of each bottle when ordering; that pretty much covers shipping costs.

I'm going to be working with the people at Qi to find a broker to bring their liqueurs into the state. Btw, they told me that their next offering is going to be a Green tea jasmine liqueur. I can't wait to play with that.

  3.

Btw, we've made a number of special orders w/ Pearl Specialty that should be coming in over the next month or 2.

    Amaro Nonino

Edmond Briottet line: creme de peach, creme de cassis (the best I've ever tasted)

    Germana 2-yr. Cachaca

They've also confirmed Four Roses, 7 Leguas Repo & Anejo, & Rothman & Winter Apricot will be coming in shortly.

I sure hope they're right about the Four Roses. Not much left of the two bottles I got from Binny's.

All I can say is thank you for the Junipero gin.  I had never heard of it before, but I brought it in and it is incredible.  I've been messing around trying to make my own tonic water which I was going to sell with the junipero, but honestly there is no reason to touch this gin other than to put it on ice.  Incredible.
