    I was reading about the competition on August 23 and 24 and there appears that the competition takes place both days.  How does that work?  My concern is that I would like to compete, but I live in Bend and must work on Saturday so I could only be there on Sunday.  Is that a possibility or not?

    Sorry for the confusion. The first round takes place on Saturday from 1-4. Finalists will be named on Saturday.  The Finals will take place at 5pm on Sunday.
