Biltmore Sweet Tea
For cucumbers...
combine 2 oz Iburi-Jio (Japanese sea salt smoked with cherry wood) 1 cup champagne vinegar 1 oz agave nector
2 cups water Slice thin using mandolin and cover with the brind mixture for 45 min. Strain and rinse the cucumber to order.

Grapes of Wrath
1 1/2 oz Sub Rosa Tarragon Infused Vodka
5 muddled red seedless table grapes
Sprig fresh tarragon
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Muddle grapes, tarragon, lime juice and simple syrup in ice. Add vodka and bitters. Shake and served up.
