    Biltmore Sweet Tea

    • I oz iced black tea
    • 1.5 oz pisco
    • .5 oz benedictine
    • .5 oz lillet rouge
    •  Bar spoon cynar
    • Stir and strain over ice.
    •  Garnish with "quick pickled" lemon cucumber

    For cucumbers...

     combine 2 oz Iburi-Jio (Japanese sea salt smoked with cherry wood) 1 cup champagne vinegar 1 oz agave nector

    2 cups water Slice thin using mandolin and cover with the brind mixture for 45 min. Strain and rinse the cucumber to order.

    Amother cocktail recipe from the Farmers Market.

    Grapes of Wrath
    1 1/2 oz Sub Rosa Tarragon Infused Vodka
    5 muddled red seedless table grapes
    Sprig fresh tarragon
    3/4 oz lime juice
    1/2 oz simple syrup
    2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

    Muddle grapes, tarragon, lime juice and simple syrup in ice. Add vodka and bitters. Shake and served up.
