    Let me know. I'm doing cocktail pairings for a preview dinner for a restaurant that I have no association with (they are just good people and they asked). Who'd be interested in helping me come up with some interesting pairings?

     

    Also, I do know that they are looking for bartenders. Do we know anyone looking?

    I've been doing some cocktail pairing dinners of late, the response has been tremendous.  What type of food are you working with?   If it would be more helpful, I'm happy to share the cocktail & food pairings themselves too.
