    Thanks David! I'll cruise by either tonight or Thursday. I can't wait to try it. I've got some sea buckthorn juice just crying for a good gin right now.

    Very mild, with a pronounced lavender flavor. This is a really nice gin. Morgenthaler made a Pegu with it last night and it worked exceptionally well.

    I saw that "80 Proof" and immediately thought of a Pegu. How much is this retailing for? I've got a store here that I might try to get to special order this for me.

    I'm also thinking of asking for a special order of it to stock the back bar of a place I'm consulting for. Its too nice not to have on the shelf.

     Dry Fly vodka and gin are 32>   retail         H class > 25.60

    "craft-distilled vodka, gin and whiskey using only locally grown grains and botanicals. Our still, manufactured in Goppingen, Germany, is a Christian Carl pot still with multiple rectification columns. It has a 450-liter capacity and we expect an annual output of approximately 3,500 cases of 12/750 mL bottles."  Dry Fly Distilling

    Hello,

    Don from Dry Fly here. We just became "listed" in Oregon on Friday. Right now we are awaiting our first order, then we will work on getting product in the stores. FYI, we use Southern Wine and Spirits West as our broker. They will be able to provide merchandising and sample support.

    Kent (kent@dryflydistilling.com) will be working in Oregon to get us started. We look forward to having our product available in the state.

    FYI - Our gin uses Oregon Juniper and Coriander, and Dried apple, Mint, Hops, and Lavender from Washington as botanicals. We also are fairy rare as far as small distilleries are concerned in that we are 100% grain to bottle in every product we make. We do not use any purchased neutral grain spirits.
